Raymond Ojserkis, portrait

Raymond Ojserkis is a historian and lecturer at Rutgers University, teaching economic history, boom and bust cycles, the World Wars, the Cold War and twentieth-century Europe, and is Senior Advisor to the Expert Insights Group. He has previously taught at CUNY's Lehman College, Long Island University, and Marymount Manhattan College.

He is the author of Beginnings of the Cold War Arms Race, a study of the Truman administration's arms build-up, and speaks widely on speculative bubbles, economic history and diplomatic history. He holds a PhD and MSc in International History from the London School of Economics and a BS in Economics from Lehigh University.
